- Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long came to the ring to introduce the next WWE Pay Per View event, the Fatal Four Way! The main thing that Teddy Long concerned was the World Heavyweight Championship match. Who would be competed against the World Heavyweight Champion, Jack Swagger. According to the announcement of the GM, the Big Show was automatically qualified for the match. Other two competitors would have matches, CM PUNK vs. Kane and Rey vs. the Undertaker for the qualification to join the World Heavyweight Championship at the Fatal Four Way Pay Per View.
- While the GM was addressing on the ring, Drew McIntyre interrupted with another letter from the board director of WWE.
- The first match, the tag team match, the team of The Big Show and Kofi Kingston vs. the team of Drew McIntyre and Jack Swagger: For the result, the winner was the team of the Big Show and Kofi Kingston!
- Fatal 4 Way Qualifying match for World Heavyweight Championship, Kane vs. CM PUNK: The winner and qualified for the championship match was CM PUNK. CM PUNK's team, Gallows and Sarena played tricks behind the referee.
- Tag team match, the team of Christian and Horn Swoggle vs. the team of Dolph Ziggler and Chavo Guerrero: Wow! At the end of this match ,the winner was Christian and Horn Swoggle!!!
- MVP vs. Luke Gallows: With the attacking of the mask man and Sarena of the CM PUNK's team behind the referee, Luke Gallows defeated MVP!
- Another Fatal 4 Way Qualifying match for World Heavyweight Championship, Rey Mysterio vs. The Undertaker: The winner and to be qualified for the match was the Dead Man, The Undertaker!!!
So at the Fatal 4 Way for the World Heavyweight Championship match we will see Jack Swagger vs. CM PUNK vs. The Undertaker vs. The Big Show!
